Order processing delays are currently minimal, though you may experience delays in between and Business Days on top of the speeds noted below. We want to get your order to you ASAP and assure you we are doing all that we can to make this happen! Normally, you will receive tracking information once we ship your order. DHL Shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 1–5 days.
All other international destinations are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery but can still place orders through Mushroom Lamp. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We apologize in advance for any delays you may have experienced and appreciate your patience.
Change of Order:
We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Exchange).
Cancel an Order:
Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to cancel the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Refunds). Card companies usually take 0 to 5 days to return the payment back to your account. However, it can take 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.
We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday except for public holidays. Our processing time is 1 – 5 business days. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start to be processed the next business day. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as the order ships. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Domestic U.S. Shipments
Mushroom lamp ships packages via DHL within the US. Carriers may change. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and DHL shipping.
Processing and Handling Notice: Please allow 1–5 business days on top of the shipping. Once your order is placed on our website, please allow for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared, and packed, ready for shipping. Problem When Tracking Your Order
Please allow 1–5 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to show as accepted by the carrier (COVID UPDATE: All orders are handed to carriers within 1 business day of label creation. If an order is marked as label created, it has been handed to the carrier by our fulfillment center but has not been scanned by them. Some tracking numbers are taking over 7 days to show acceptance into the carrier’s network and may not update or show movement/scans until delivery). We are unable to provide you with more detailed information at this time. Please try again later.
If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, you can contact the carrier directly. For domestic US tracking inquiries, you can contact the carrier using the contact information available through the carrier’s tracking page. For international tracking inquiries, you can contact our carrier Passport directly by using the chat feature in the lower right-hand corner of your tracking page.
If upon tracking your order, you see it is being returned to us because the address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout, or the order was not collected on time, or that additional duty, taxes, and other customs fees were left unpaid, you will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges unless the order is being returned to us due to an error on our part.
